I've been using Logic since 3.0 and have been happy for the most part.there are however things that I don't know/can't figure out.Any help would be appreciated. 1) Does Puncch on the Fly work ?I always get a short(1 sec) pause when I hit record.If it does work exactly how do you set it up? 2) Is there a key command to turn the grid off and on? 3) In the objects menu what exactly do these menu items mean? -tie objects by length change -Tie objects by position change -tie sequences within locators 4)In the track mixer window(under options) what do change track in record mode and change track in play mode refer to? 50 Is there anyway to take a snapshot of the compplete mixer?(including inserts)Send selected fader only sends vol/pan/mute/sends 1&2.I know that plugins use midi controller 64 and up.The only way I've found to record insert efx paramaters is to enter record pause mode and manually move each slider-- this is real time consuming.Please tell me i'm missing something. 6) In the audio configuration window is there a way to copy individual channels?I would like to say copy tracks 1-6 and paste them into another song.I seem to only be able to copy the entire configuration and paste that to another song.But then channels 7-16 get over written!
