Emagics Sascha Kujawa once posted his method to adjust it, here it is:
1. make a MIDI Sequence with a click sound at e.g. bar 4
2. record the audible result via audio
2a. double click for sample editor and ckech the distance
of the first signal appearance to bar 4 to get the
recording delay. E.g. if the signal is 400 samples too late,
set RecDelay to -9 (ms).
3. place the anchor at the start point of your audio to place
it manually at bar 4
4. pan you audio to hard left and MIDI to hard right
5. play back and record both onto a new track
5a. double click for SampleEdit and check the distance
between both signals to get the PlayDelay. E.g. if the
the re-recorded audio is 200 samples too early, enter
(+) 5 (ms) at PlayDelay.
That's all and takes only 1 or 2 minutes...
Some people dont like this, because I am "compensating" the
"MIDI delay" (maybe 1 or 3 seconds), but I think it's a real life
measurement...

He also answered another question that might come up:
>How do you obtain the value in ms from the number of samples???
>200 samples late = +5ms -> 40 ??????
>400 samples early = -9ms -> 44.4444444 ?????
Assuming you are running SampleRate 44.1k means
there are 44100 samples per second, means 44.1 per
millisecond...
