After having installed the code into your XSKey when firing up Logic 5.4 or earlier you'll get EXS24. When you start Logic 5.5 you'll get EXS24 mkII. *All* Logic Instruments are an integral part of Logic. As a consequence you already have installed the software for _all_ of them when you have installed Logic.
