Hi, I'm running Logic 5.4 on a PowerMac with an M-Audio Audiophille soundcard connected digitally to a Roland VM3100 Pro desk. I have the problem of having to close down Logic whenever I want to record something to switch the SPDIF sync to external and then switch the sync on the desk to internal before restarting Logic. When I then want to playback, I have to exit Logic again to switch the settings back. Does anyone know if there is a way of doing this within Logic as the M-Audio settings cannot be modified when Logic is open. I thought that Core Audio was meant to resolve these sorts of problems.
