[GEN]: Quantise doesn't get applied to new events in the Hyper......

If I am drawing in events into the hyper editor eg drum programming, and I
have a Q swing value. The events just stay to a straight sixteenth. I have
to alter the q swing parameter up and down one value to get the swing
applied. Should I consider this a bug.
If I have set a quantisation value to a sequence surely I want it applied.
