Thanks to Nathan for the quick answer.
For your information i have other stuff on the scsi chains as well 3
jaz-drives, an A3000 v2 and an EX-5 workstation. One CD and one CD-r.
However the noise is somehow "synched" with the HardDisk rotation
patterm.

The fact that the noise is in sync with the HD rotation doesn't mean
that your other stuff isn't the problem. Disconnect all of it and see
if it goes away. I would be surprised if it doesn't.
Best bet to fix it:
Better SCSI cable
Shield the drive (plastic screws)
Change grounding of devices to share one path to earth.
The good news is that it is probably just one device causing the
trouble. Problem is it could be any of them.
