I want to do this without running Protools... if you don't have protools tdm hardware it's impossible! You can still rely on premiere plugins, but audiosuite in logic is tdm only. BTW, that's why I upgraded to protools hardware. Lolo

I can even run all my PT 5.1.1 audiosuite plug-ins within Logic. I just reboot my computer using the older DAE/DSI but with the newer plug-ins. Works fine here! I run this DAE driver in addition to the ASIO driver cheers, Nick

With the whole RTAS thing it would be nice to think that, as long as you have DAE as your audio driver, you could use the RTAS plugs in Logic but really someone who uses the system now could/should give you a better answer - I only chipped in 'cause I saw no one else had answered you today! Certainly you don't need protools running to use ANY current Digidesign hardware in Logic, but I couldn't say for sure about the RTAS plugs. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Any M Box/ AMIII users care to help? Gareth > > > Het Net bestaat 5 jaar! Lees alles over de feestaanbiedingen op > http://5jaar.hetnet.nl.
