Hi Nate, here's a couple of things that may help: 1) ADAT's (Xt or later) will either display frames or hundred's of a second. Use "set locate" and record "3" to toggle this setting. 2) Motu considers 30 drop to be 29.97 in (at least) some of there hardware and makes a poor scientific argument for it in their manuals. LOGIC, correctly allows the user to select from the 6 accepted frame rates while suggesting a 29.97 df standard. You may have a conflict between the motu and logic smpte setting. 3) How are you clocking your system wrt the MTP AV and the 2408? Both these units have ADAT sync outs however only one can be the master. In addition, the digital console may perform better as clock master. In these cases, the manner in which digital clocks are connected can compromise the system's performance. Experiment. I would suggest making the 02/R master, and connecting the ADAT sync vis the 2408 and use the MTP as midi i/o only. 4) The problem may be with MOTU's ASIO driver. I had a similar problem when I tested this system. MOTU's ts suggested I try Performer.... Andy
