Subject: [LUG] [GEN] Something's gone wrong in a song
Message #117552
Hi all My studio was hired out today and the engineer found a bug that has popped it's head up in this one particular song. What they did was copy a guitar part from the first chorus to the other chorus's in the song. Then I went to show them how to clean up the tail end of each region for noise etc. Now, when I changed the region lengh of any of the copied or original guitar part, all of them changed, even though only one of them was selected. I tried this same procedure on a vocal track with lots of drop ins, and this behaved as it should, with only the selected region changing its length. No matter what I tried, all the regions for the guitar tracks kept changing. Any ideas? Thanks Kim
