Subject: [LAM] Logic MAC to CubaseVST32 PC transfer probs
Message #117267
Have Audio Logic audio and midi files that burned on MAC, transfering to CubaseVST32.5. Audio files changed to .wav files, midi changed to .mid, each file renamed individually in Audio Logic. When on PC, the CD files are listed in windows but cant get them to play in any media format or import in to Cubase. When try to import Cubase sees files, but nothing is imported. They are listed as read only files, so changed them to archive. They didnt come up as .wav files either. Told windows to view them as Cubase files, windows changed to Cubase icons but not come up as .wav files. Changed the file type via rename to .wav, seen in windows as .wav but not play on any format in windows. If try to play the altered audio file .wav in Media Player to test outside of Cubase, it says they are not in format that Media player will play. Placed all files in Transmac in case they were in MAC format, Transmac says they are not MAC files and therefore cant be transferred over to Windows files. Any ideas on solution to this 600 meg mess? I do not have access to original files from MAC only what have on CD later ExGroove
