Question for you Carlos... What is the speed of your Hard Drive?
(i.e. 5200 rpm or 7200 rpm) Also if you are streaming audio and midi and
your operating system (win98,Me,XP) on the same Hard Drive then usually that
will happen in getting the error message "Asio Overload"
Another helpful thing would be to set your display to 16 bit and turn down
hardware acceleration for graphics...

All correct advice so far
> and turn down hardware acceleration for graphics...
This advice is not so good. Reducing hardware acceleration increases CPU
utilization as it transfers processing from the display adapter to the CPU.
Not
to be encouraged. If you do not have an AGP video card then get one as this
will
cure display related issues.

I finally got around try trying the uss step sequencer (downloaded from
swiftkick).
Does the macro size limitation in logic 5 prevent this from working
correctly? When I import the layer, all the cabels are visable, making
it next to impossible to use the sliders..etc of the sequencer.
Do you just repack it in a couple different macros?
thanks

What do you guys mean by streaming Audio? Also how can I check the speed
of my drives?
Thanks,
Carlos Miguel
