Hello, unfortunately also in Germany my two e-mails and one fax have been ignored. I guess the best chances to get an answer is if you let them know you want to buy another Emagic-product and that this answer of the support is the ultimate basis of your decision. I guess they do not have enough people to answer all questions. However, when I phoned them I got the answer I wanted. If you get hold of them you get good support. J. F.
