Beige G3 can take PC100 DIMMs or PC66 DIMMs. G4 probably takes what b&w G3 takes -- PC100 DIMMs. Just for upward compatibility, i got pc100 Ram for my beige G3. pc100 means ram speed and since beige G3 bus is slow anyway ( 66 ) you are not going to see the difference between pc100 and pc66 if you have a beige G3.
