I got a reply from Emagic Denmark, but it was very late, and the reply made it clear that the person who responded had not even read the support form that I submitted. I haven't bothered to try Emagic's e-mail support since, and have more or less written it off as un-serious. I must add, however, that Emagic USA's telephone support was very good back when I lived in the US. Perhaps the support in Germany is good, but here in Denmark, all we really have is this list - which in fact makes for an excellent support service. Tony Maxwell
