Please do not moderate this, this is my valid opinion. I have been ripped off ! I hope this goes to "class" action lawsuit in the USA. I am now going to pursue legal actions here.

She merely asked them to turn the temperature down because it was well above acceptable limits for coffee, and against company policy (I don't know if there are legal limits to how hot you can heat coffee, but theirs was well above reason). Not only did they continually ignore her plees to turn down the temp to McD rgulations she was mocked, and humilitated by the store management. Only after a long period of arguing (which was out of concern for safety, since the temperature was so extreremely high and could easily cause burns when consumed) did she sue. So the real reason for that law suite was due to managements lack of concern for the saftey of customers. Colin Miller
