You've heard this before - everyone who is going thru this should pipe up and join in. I have 3 days before my XSkey expires. I got a response from a Cozmo Phelps <5prereg@...> on 3/21/02 stating that everything had been received and that i should be getting my codes soon from Germany. Here it is june 2, no codes, i've emailed twice, no response. What else can one do? Here's what i'm doing - reporting this to the BBB and demanding my codes, and a refund for this fiasco. the saddest thing Markus, Michael - is that i love logic, i love sound diver, i am looking forward to logic control, the phat channel, its integration with pro tools... i want to use logic! pls give us our codes - we've stood behind you so much! -Evan

Have you actually called in rather than using e-mail? I haven't had too much luck via e-mail, but I was in a simillar situation and calling them helped. I raised a polite fuss and in the end Emagic was calling me about the codes, making sure I got them etc. it meant LD charges, but that's better than the key expiring and they made it up to me.
