Hail, those of the Logical persuasion ... I just bought a new Lombard Powerbook G3/333, for the expressed purpose of doing audio when I can't take my desktops with me. I plan on using Deck, LAM, SoundEdit, SoundHack, all the usual suspects. However, the version of LAM PPC i've got (2.6.6) needs the ADB port for its' funky key things. Lombard has no ADB. Soooooo ... does the latest, greatest version of LAM work on a Lombard? Also, i'd love to speaketh with others who use Lombards with audio / LAM i.e. do you use an Opcode SONICport or some other USB/audio interface? I've a JVC portable DAT with digital i/o (and one of those way cool funky stereo digital mics) and i'd love to talk with others who do similar things with their Lombard ...
