Two weeks ago I received my authorization codes.
Yesterday, LAMP was suddenly unable to "see" my XSkey.
The XSKey showed up in the Apple Profiler on my iBook and my dual 533
but Logic didn't see the key on either machine.
I called Tech support. They put me in touch with Chris Miller in sales.
Chris sent me a temp key overnight. I got the key this morning two
hours before the client showed up.
Very cool.
No problems. No excuses. Fast action. No bullshit.
That's good product support.
