Is there a Sound Diver group out there or is this the best forum
for questions?
What do people do to save all of their patches and performances
from Sound Diver for a logic song? I just want to be able to load
up all my sounds from my different synths at once for a Logic
song (sequence). I can't seem to get it to work correctly and
Emagic USA told me they've never gotten it to work! That is save
as Logic song library or something like that. Anybody got this
licked?
TIA!

I'm using sounddiver together with logic for years. When I will save patches
and performances that i'm using in a logic song I do the following. Take a
channel f.e. channel 16 from a JV1080 (I always take ch. 16 for it, you can
use whatever ch.) set it in record pause position, go to sounddiver and
select the patch (i have to double click on it ) or performance you are
using for that song. Go back to LOgic and press stop . When you start your
song now all parameters will be send to the synths from logic. I use the
first 4 bars for sending sysex before I start the song.

Thanks for the tip. I used to do this in Cakewalk. I thought there was an
easier way in Logic with Sound Diver, but maybe not.
I've also noticed that my patch changes do not take effect unless I scroll
through every track channel before I start playback. Is this normal?
