Hi John,
Forget the e-mail approach. For some reason it just doesn't help. Perhaps
tech support is forwarding the mails to the appropriate people . .
perhaps not. I'm not sure. Call the sales number. If you are in the
States it's 530-477-1051.
I finally got through to them today . . . they confirmed that they had
received my goodies . .although could not explain why I had not received
an e-mail notice as yet. A couple of hours later . . . I got an e-mail
from Emagic.de stating that my pre-registration had been received. This
was actually the 2nd such notice I got (the first being back on March
8th) . . . although I did not go through the pre-reg scenario again. A
couple of hours after that, I got the e-mail from Emagic USA that they
had officially received my package and all it's contents . . and
everything was cool. I guess the actual codes will be showing up in a
couple of days.
In short . . . just call them. It'll make you feel better.
best,
Jon

Hi Jon
Thanks for your useful reply.
But this was more directed toward Emagic i. e. Mr. Fritze so that he/they
may be able to fix this problem.
Not just for me but for all of us that have done as they have asked and have
received nothing in return.
I hope that you get your codes soon and I also hope that I get my codes as
well. But I should not have to wait like this.
This whole process is rather strange to say the least. I think that Emagic
is a bit to paranoid about piracy to be fair to the legal users of their
software.
Thanks
John

causing ASIO overloads and a setting that would correct the problem. COuld
someone repost the message opr the setting for fixing this situation!?
