Message #104823
I am changing my old G3 Blue for a G 4 733 . I was Logic 4.8.1 using the MTP AV with a G Port . Is anyone using the MTP AV with the USB connection , i remember trying that and not getting good results . Any tips ? Thanks in advance.

If you can stick with your serial MTP, do. John Pitcairn

The MTP still crashes every day or two, but it does that even if it's not connected to anything. It also still spurts out note on messages every now and then too. Every day I tell it how I am counting downt he days until I replace it *giggle*. I never tried the technique someone mentioned about changing the load order of OMS, so maybe that would have fixed the problem. Colin Miller
