I'm not totally sure that I understand what you're asking for, but I think that my MIDI Gater plugin might do what you're looking for: http://www.smartelectronix.com/~destroyfx/extras/ You need Logic 5 in order for it to work, though, since 5 is the first version that has allowed the routing of MIDI notes to VST effect plugins.
