OT: Motu 2408 & Sound Manager Probs

Hi everbody,

i´m using 2 x Motu 2408, but i cant get the Sound Manager Driver to
work 
if i want to work with both Motu´s. If i put the SndMgrDriver into the

Extension Folder, the 2nd Motu will not work after rebootin the sys!?!?!? 
After removin the Driver the cards are working perfectly again - but - i 
need to work with Peak too :(
I hope anyone of you guys can help me - thanks.
