I'm using Logic 4.0.2 with a Digital Timepiece and Ptools Mix Plus Hardware. When Logic is put into machine control and auto sync, I can't seem to get it to receive sync and start playing. When I use the 'goto' command it does send location info to my adats, but when I hit play it won't start( using key commands and transport control). I went back and tried it in Logic 3.7.2 and all worked fine. Did they change something I'm not seeing in 4.0? I tried all the sync options but nothing would work. I've got the DTP hooked up to the printer port on my 9600/G3/400. Midi-Studio 5 on modem port. Connection 2 is set to 'Printer port' in preferences. any suggestions would be great! Please help! Sam

The same happens to me. It's for sure a bug, but I've heard nothing from Emagic. Here is as I do: - With the Synch switch off, I start the recording. - At this point, I switch the Synch on. The SPL goes back to the beginning, and waits for an external Start command.
