I have an Echo Gina with current drivers, running XP and LAP 4.81 . I want to record my outboard gear into LAP as audio tracks trhough my Gina - and have done this before successfully with this setup. However for some reason, npw when I create an Audio Obj in Environent, and create a Track for it in Arrange, and pick Stereo Input "1-2" - the REC button disappears. But I am able to see the vu- meters going, which seems to confirm the audio driver is working (?) If I switch the channel to "Track 1" it doesn't show audio in the vu- meter but then I can see the REC button. I'm still pretty much a novice at this program so concise detailed pointers would be most useful..... This has been driving me crazy for weeks now, and I need to record this for a label deadline - any help at all would be very appreciated! Aloha! Kim
