All: I have Logic Audio Platinum v4.7 running on a WinME PC and I want to synchronize it with a TASCAM DA-38 via MTC. I am not exactly sure how to get LA to generate the timecode for this purpose. Ideally, PLAY and RECORD functions in LA will trigger the DA-38 and things will synchronize perfectly. I am using an Aardvark Direct Pro 24/96 for my audio/MIDI interface. I can run a MIDI cable from the MIDI output of the Direct Pro to the SYNC Input of the DA-38, although I also need some advice where to buy an adapter for the Tascam proprietary input. Can I do this?
