What's up: I am having a problem with the exs24. My problem is it is not recognizing the factory samples that I received from emagic. I just upgraded my system and had to reload my software. My Akai samples are recogized but the Emagic Factory Sample disk is not. The install is their and the files are in the system but the exs24 is not loading the samples. Has anyone experienced this problem and have the solution? I am in the midst of remixing an album for a distribution company and time is crucial. So, I would appreciate it if anyone has knowledge of this please respond.
