i have 120 MB allocated to logic... is that cool?

more things to try (in order)
disable your mobile I/O (switch to MacAV)
disable all unnecessary extensions, disable all real time extensions (some
examples are: control strip, firewalls, screensavers (bad), file sharing
extension), run systems diagnostic tools (TechToolPro) - - Run disk
diagnostics, reinstall your system <- thats a good one. I use at least
two
installs on different partitions, all the time. excellent for trouble
shooting quickly.
good luck! (remember, suspect everything)
and do the Voodoo dance!
harder faster bigger longer

I had the same problem! IT sounds like a extension conflict.
The logic user had a great extension guide but for some reason
the link isn't working.
Turn your buffer up higher.
I have ask you to give the full ASIO OVERLOAD error message , with
it's number still waiting !
