Subject: LAM - error when pressing stop button
Message #98269
Hi all, I'm new to this group and relatively new to Logic as well (had it a few months, lots to learn but loving it). My problem is this: I'm running a G3 400mhz with 256mb Ram, OS 9.2.2. While running, Logic performs great and is very stable (i.e. Its never crashed on me yet), but sometimes when logic has been running for more than a few minutes and I go to press the stop button I get the error: Mac AV "System overload, could not process all the data in time" This error message seems to have absolutley no consequences but it's a bit of a pain having to close it down everytime it appears. I know I'm just using Mac AV but surely my system is capable enough to run Logic. It performs fine, it's just when I go to stop it this problem occurs. Could this be something with my audio driver delay? I've tried everything I can think of but I'm stumped. Any advice greatly appreciated Alex
