Hi. My name's David and I've got a big problem with my Logic Audio Platinum. Please, sorry 'bout my English, I know it's improveable :) First, I list my config: G4/800 with MacOS X & MacOS 9.2.2, CD-RW, DVD, 40 Gb HDD. Logic Audio Platinum 4.6.1 & LAP 4.8.1 (upgraded from the first one). MOTU 2048 + PCI324 Audio interface. I have the same problem with both versions of LAP. I explain: If I put audio files in the arrange window, and I click 'play', the MIDI sequence are correctly performed, but the audio doesn't work. The extrange thing is that if I monitorize an audio file in the Audio Window or the Audio Editor... the audio plays right! In the first time, I thought that it could be a problem with the MOTU 2408 (it's adressed via an ASIO driver). So, I changed the device for audio in the config and in the arrange: I put the MacAV (computer beeper), and the result was the same: audio doesn't works in the arrange window, but does in the audio window and editor. I've tried the following: - Reinstalling Logic. - Upgrading Logic. - Reinstalling MacOS 9.2.2 alone, and MacOS 9.2.2 + MacOS X (both reinstallations after formating the hard disk drive). - Reinstalling MOTU software and ASIO. - Upgrading MOTU software and ASIO. - Reviewing all options in LAP. I've deleted the LAP preferences and started again. I don't know what can I do. I've called all my Logic-user friends, called to my Logic dealer... The problem seems to be that Logic doesn't read the audio when I press play in the Arrange Window. IMPORTANT: If I press Record in the Arrange Window, the audio records right, but not sounds.
