Dood,
Open the plug and instead of "editor", select "Controls"
(click and hold the
"Editor" pop-up). You'll see an option to sync to MID clock you
can turn off
and then set it to any ms length you want.

Is it me or is the tape delay plug in the best feature of Logic Audio since
crossfades were
added? : )

Man, I think the Tape Delay, Phasor and Compressor plugs are amongst
the best in the industry!
