Apparently it's a DVD copyright issue. There are several software DVD players for Windows but none that I know of for Mac. What we really need is a player with adjustable advance/delay so it can play in sync with audio coming out a high quality interface. I've read rumors that ProMax is writing a DVD player for their Matrox dual monitor card (maybe here?) but who knows. My workaround is to just play DVD movies on a PowerBook. And by the way, Apple now sells dual port cards that can run one analog and one digital monitor. -- Nick Batzdorf 818/905-9101, fax -5434, cell 818/601-4874

The new GeForce4 Titanium can (finally) run digital on both heads. It's got one ADC port and one DVI port. Between that, DVD compatibility, official Apple support, and the speed, it's definitely the way to go. G _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? I run 2 analog monitors on the internal Geforce 4 card with the Gefen ADC to VGA adaptor. The quality via the adaptor isn't great, but good enough for Logic. The scrolling speed in Arrange over 2 monitors is incedible :-) Best Ray ----------------------------------------------------------------- Raymund Beyer mail@... http://www.brainstorm-music.com -----------------------------------------------------------------
