Dear Tun, 10 Minutes after sending the mail to LUG I solved the problem! Not that I know what the actual problem was, but...... I threw away my 4.0.4 version, run the 4.0.4 Updater on a 4.0.2 version, which I still had on my Harddisk and then applied the 4.0.5 Updater to the newly created 4.0.4 version....and it worked?!? I got 4.0.5 up and running, finally. I don't know exactly what was wrong with the former 4.0.4, but I think the updater wasn't corrupt after all. BTW, I don't have that many problems with the updaters from the Emagic site usually. Mostly they work right away. Thanx for the reaction! Kind Regards, Geert van Gaalen
