I notice that when I load say a SMF (not recorded in LA) it loads into a default Logic Song. How can I have the SMF load into a GM template that I've created? I've tried first loading the GM template and then loading the song and choosing copy current environment, but that does not give me the GM arrange page look. I just want to have 16 tracks on the GM page, but everytime it loads to the default page with audio tracks, and all my sequences is way at the bottom. I have asked Emagic Tech Support, but they don't know how to either. I tries making the GM template my autoload, but that does not work. I dont want to manually assign all the tracks their instruments. This seems like a very basic task. Please help...
