Hi Joeri, I always send replys in this way and it is only about 4 or 5 times (out of hundreds and not every time) that this problem has happened and they were all on the LUG and not other Yahoo groups I am on. The cut is always immediately after a ": " [colon character] and before a pasted quote from the message I am replying to. This problem did not happen on hundreds of other messages from the same mail client. Mysterious .... Regards, Murray
