OK, so here is my latest grief about the dongle. I reformatted my Win
ME, so I could start over from scratch. Nothing has been moved or
changed in anyway (besides the reformatting).
And it tells me to “Please connect your logic key to your PC’s
COM-port!”
Hmmm, it is connected!!!!
I truly hate all the copy protection offered by Emagic. I have
headaches with it all the time. I spent too much money to be having
these problems this frequently.

are you you didn't de-configure your COM port?
