Subject: Re: LAWP w/ MIDI loopback..

Hi: Have you checked your win.ini file? That's where your midi IN/OUT ports are configured for LAP if your problem is feedback, thats because Hubi or Midiyoke drivers are both for input and output so anything that logic sends to any of those ports returns to logic. You have to config just for input or just for output all these ports. Here is an extract from my win.ini file: [Logic] keyPort=1 MidiIn_AWE64G_MIDI_In__330=0 MidiIn_TTS_Virtual_Piano_In=0 MidiIn_LB1=0 MidiIn_LB2=0 MidiIn_LB3=1 MidiIn_LB4=1 MidiOut_AWE64G_MIDI_Synth__620=0 MidiOut_AWE64G_MIDI_Out__330=0 MidiOut_Creative_Music_Synth__220=1 MidiOut_LB1=1 MidiOut_LB2=1 MidiOut_LB3=0 MidiOut_LB4=0 [SoundDiver] MidiIn_AWE64G_MIDI_In__330=0 MidiIn_TTS_Virtual_Piano_In=0 MidiIn_LB1=0 MidiIn_LB2=0 MidiIn_LB3=1 MidiIn_LB4=1 MidiOut_AWE64G_MIDI_Synth__620=0 MidiOut_AWE64G_MIDI_Out__330=0 MidiOut_Creative_Music_Synth__220=1 MidiOut_LB1=1 MidiOut_LB2=1 MidiOut_LB3=0 MidiOut_LB4=0 Notice how I use LB1-LB2 as output ports and LB3-LB4 as input ports. Good luck!
