As far as audio hardware, I'm > waiting for the Mac drivers for Pulsar/Scope. Hi, If you know what audio hardware you want, and that you want to use LAMP, then that part of your decision is easy. For a computer I'd recommend the G4/400 (formerly 450), as it's based on the new motherboard design, and may have more of a future than the G4/350. The G4/450 (formerly 500) might not be worth the extra money for audio. You could get a separate hard disk for audio, but I believe that people are getting pretty decent track counts on the drives that come with the new Macs. Get yourself a USB midi interface, and what else do you need? Good luck. Tony
