If you want to convert songs from one app to another there is no other alternative then convert the MIDI parts to SMF and exporting the audio files. I know it sucks, but that's just the way it is. If you know how to write a batchfile, maybe you could write a utility to do these, as long as all the action can be done with keycommands. Greetz and good luck, Yoonchi.
