Subject: LAMP - Waveform in arrange not correct
Message #52998
I have a vocal track and in the arrange window the waveform does not correspond to the actual audio. When I open it up in the sample edit window it is correct. I've tried refreshing the overview but that does not help. The sample rate is correct also. Any clues? thanks tom

Do you have any tempo changes in the song? Does that audio region pass through one or more tempo changes? Does the problem only appear when you zoom in past a certain magnification? Congratulations - you're the latest poor soul to discover this extremely irritating bug - present since at least v3.0. Workaround: Cut every audio region at every tempo change, not good. Can anybody confirm that this is actually on the official bug-list (if such a thing exists)? I wonder why it keeps getting ignored in successive upgrades. John Pitcairn
