Other than removing them from the Startup folder in the taskbar, how do you prevent programs from starting up and running in the background? For example, I have Systray and Ctpnpscn running in the background that I don't think I need. I know that I can close them down from the CTRL+ALT+DEL menu, but to stop them from launching when Windows boots is there a file that I need to change? "Clark D.
