Will upgrading to 256 from 128 ram improve the performance of Logic
Platinum 4.6
much? How would this apply to other programs eg: Wavelab, Gigastudio, Acid,
B4?

James

Happy New Year!
IMHO an upgrade from 128 to 256 MB makes sense but further upgrading will
probably not
make a dinstinguishable difference.
As far as my experiences go this is only right for applications which do
things in RAM as
for example Adobe Photoshop or some databases. As most audio apps do
thingswhich are
CPU and disk intensive more RAM will not necessarily make things faster.
Just my 2 cents.
