idea 1:
Wait for LAM 4.5 and then use its newly introduced
(Realtime-)Audio-Input-Objects. ;-)
idea 2:
Have the 1212 I/O Utility application open beside Logic:
--- Route the Input where your Sampler is connected and the ADAT-Input that
you are using to the Output that you want to monitor.
--- Set the Volume of those to the desired Monitoring-Level.
--- Set all other Volumes to -96 dB.
In LAM´s Mixer set the Monitoring-Volume for the desired Channels to
Zero
(the Mixer-Objects can remember different Volumes for being rec-enabled or
not).

easier way 1:
Assign a key-command to "Audio Hardware Setup".
easier way 2:
Loopback-Cable your Device (that is connected to the ADAT-Input of the
Korg-Card) to the S/PDIF or ADAT-Output of your Korg-Card ---> Then
always
use Logic as Master-Device (Internal Sync).
