It is never a good idea to run a CD ROM on the same buss with a Hard Drive.
This will significantly slow down the buss.
Someone else on the list (I don't remember who) mentioned that changing his
configuration helped with some Logic issues.
If you don't want to spring for another controller card, I would put the
HD's together and the CD on the second buss.
