This one got me for a little while too. Make sure your Quicktime Extensions and Graphics Accelerator extensions are turned on. I didn't reallly take the time to check exactly which ones you need, but I figured out the problem occured when I restarted with All Extensions Off. Philip Hi I recently uppdated from LAP 4.0 to 4.1.1 Now when I open the LAP plugins (double click on them) I get the numeric interface instead of the graphic interface, how do I switch back to the graphic interface?
