I am not sure if I got it but here I go :
You can Trim/Crop the middle and it's history ...
... or open a new file and fill (paste) it with whatever you want ...
Again and slower :
Select the (let's say) final portion of your file ,
click Copy, now select what you want to shoot out to trash bascket,
now hit Delete, now "the magic" , put your cursor in the end of
that and
hit Paste !!!!!!!!!!
Ta Daaaaaa !
Be sure to activate the "Zero Crossing" thing first ...
