Opcode's Mountain View, CA offices have been closed for a month or two and probably longer. Word on the Opcode list is that everyone that was left of the staff as of sometime in mid-December (which was a staff somewhere under 5) got shipped off to Nashville to join their Gibson overlords...er... management. The rest of the staff got laid off or just plain quit out of frustration. Unofficial Opcode support is available via the Opcode list at topica.com (opcode-users@...) from many nice folks who are struggling with a lack of "official" support. Lots of anti-Gibson and let's-save-Opcode smack going on there too...so caveat subscribor (let the subscriber beware). Opcode's webpages are still up and running but it seems that Gibson's (ahem) webmaster has a bit of html skill and spellchecker usage to bone up on.
