Not to slam the 688 in any way I used to have one too (made some mixes that went on albums with it). I have no idea what you are doing with yours. But if you are reworking old songs that you recorded on it why dont you just transfer the tracks into logic and do it there? It is a pretty easy matter to realign the MIDI with the audio manually.
