Subject: Anybody use Logic Audio 4.04 with a DS2416?
Message #3165
Hi! Does anybody use Logic Audio 4.04 with a Yamaha DSP-Factory card? I feel like beeing limited to just 16 overlapping audio-tracks, because Logic does not seem to allow any kind of software-mixing before sending the data to the DSP-Factory input channels. Does anybody know how to send two overlapping audio-regions to one DSP-Factory mixer-channel? Thanx, Holger

This means you lose direct access to the in-built DSP on the card from within Logic but you can control these features with an external program like C-Console or Lui (which is free but has no automation).
