Subject: making beats with motif and logic
Message #235634
hello all. i'm brand spanking new to logic. never used it before 3 days ago and its been crazy but i've seen what it can do so i'm really excited. I make all my beats on a motif ES 6 but i'm trying to use logic to make the beats in and use the sound bank from my motif. my question is, is there a way to save the sound locations in logic so that when i turn on my motif and load up the beat, i don't have to individually change each sound back to what it was? As it stands now, i choose what sounds i want for each track, make the beat in logic, and save it. then when i turn logic back on and load up the beat and turn on my motif, all i get is piano sounds where every other sound used to be. can anyone help?
